Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer specializing in solar power to join our dynamic team. As an Electrical Engineer at Kirac Green Energy, you will play a pivotal role in the design, implementation, and optimization of solar power systems. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions that maximize energy output, efficiency, and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Design, simulate, and optimize solar power systems, including PV arrays, inverters, and balance of system components.
- Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to determine optimal locations and configurations for solar installations.
- Develop electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications for solar projects.
- Perform performance analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization for solar power systems.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and technicians to ensure successful project execution within budget and schedule constraints.
- Stay up-to-date of industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in solar energy.
- Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years Proven experience in the design, implementation, and optimization of solar power systems.
- Proficiency in simulation tools such as PVsyst, PVSOL, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, circuit analysis, and power electronics.
- Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (ISO, NEC, IEEE, IEC).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Knowledge of the Turkish language is preferred.
- Experience with energy storage systems and grid integration.
- Knowledge of software tools for modeling and simulation (MATLAB, Simulink).
- Familiarity with SCADA systems and data acquisition techniques.
